We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive a range of programs to support our growing business. This role requires an experienced B2B software marketer with the ability to prioritize and execute projects to communicate our benefits to prospects, clients, our sales team, and the press.
More specifically, we need someone who understands the process and techniques of marketing a B2B SaaS platform, including the development of marketing materials, strategic and tactical aspects of content marketing, lead nurturing process, webinars and real-world events, and all aspects of supporting sales and clients services. Of course, strong skills in analytics and a metrics-driven perspective is also required.
From a personal standpoint, we’re looking for someone with the ability to develop and communicate a strategic perspective, truly excellent writing and presentation skills, and a good sense of design. The role requires you to handle all of the accounting and administration needs of the company, including the preparation of financial statements. You will report directly to the CEO and works our CPA firm to prepare financial statements and tax returns at the end of the year.
In this role you will handle the full cycle of accounting duties. This includes coding and entering vendor and expense invoices, running checks, billing customers and clients, collecting receivables, preparing bank deposits, ensuring that the correct general ledger accounts are debited or credited accordingly. You will process employee timesheets, run payroll checks and prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns. You will handle all of a company’s banking needs, including reconciling monthly bank statements and monitoring cash flow.
The minimum education requirement is an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting combined with a minimum of 7 years experience in the field. This is not an entry-level position. Advanced QuickBooks accounting software training and experience is required.
