Working at Appinions

From the CEO and senior management team to the newest entry-level employee, we are a company that cares about fostering a great work environment and a fun, energetic, success-oriented culture. We have a philosophical belief that our people are our most important assets. And we don’t just pay lip service to that phrase — we incorporate it into our policies, and live it every day.

That philosophy means we have generous “traditional” benefits, and it means we take a lot of time to focus on high quality management and leadership. It also drives us to spend the time it takes to make sure everyone in the company is in the right job, knows how his or her job contributes to the overall company mission, and has a clear path to career growth. We’ve had exceptional employee retention over the years because people love coming to work here and really feel like they’re building something special. If you’re interested in joining our team, please contact us.

The Appinions Experience

Appinions is a New York City-based startup working to build the most sophisticated system for analyzing influence across the web. On a daily basis we analyze news, blogs and social media content to identify influencers. Our development team tackles hard problems in areas such as natural language processing, social network analysis and Big Data.

We’ll challenge you with interesting work, stretch assignments, a collaborative work environment and a ton of learning and growth. The pace is fast, furious and very entrepreneurial. In exchange, we give you everything you need to live a happy, balanced life. This includes great upside, great benefits, flexibility and, almost, whatever else you need. Everyone’s unique and we pride ourselves on not having one-size-fits-all solutions. At Appinions you’re a person, not a title. Which is why we place little emphasis on the title and a ton of emphasis on who you are and how you can thrive in our environment.
